California 45 Hr 2nd Time & Subsequent Broker Complete Renewal Package

For subsequent renewals, all real estate brokers and salespersons must complete 45 clock hours of DRE-approved continuing education consisting of: Either 12 hours of continuing education courses in the following subjects: Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, and Fair Housing OR one six-hour survey course that covers the four mandatory subjects (Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, and Fair Housing) ; One three-hour course in Risk Management; and at least 18 clock hours of consumer protection courses; and the remaining clock hours required to complete the 45 hours of continuing education may be related to either consumer service or consumer protection courses. For subsequent renewals effective on or after 7/1/2011, all real estate brokers and salespersons must complete 45 clock hours of DRE-approved continuing education consisting of: Either 15 hours of continuing education courses in the following subjects: Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management OR one eight-hour survey course that covers the five mandatory subjects (Ethics, Agency, Trust Fund Handling, Fair Housing, and Risk Management) ; at least 18 clock hours of consumer protection courses; and the remaining clock hours required to complete the 45 hours of continuing education may be related to either consumer service or consumer protection courses. Course Completion Time Limits: You have three months from date of purchase to complete this course. Testing Requirements: At the end of each lesson there will be a short quiz of 10 multiple choice questions. You must pass this quiz with a 70% or better in order to move forward with the course. The quiz will be automatically graded as you complete it. Failure to pass the quiz with 70% will result in repeating the lesson. For the final exam, the student will have 1 minute for each multiple choice question to complete the closed-book final and will need to score 70% or better in order to pass. The student will not be able to print or download the exam. After the allotted time has passed the student will automatically be logged out of the final. Upon failing the exam the student is required to retake the entire course before retesting.
