The fast-drying, easy-care fabric means that you can wash these during a multi-day cycling trip and they'll dry in time for the next leg. The Touring shorts also incorporate a zippered pocket, which is almost unheard of in cycling shorts and which frees up valuable jersey pocket space for snacks, a phone, and anything else you want quick access to from the saddle. The Flex Air Tour insert is an upgrade in comfort from Terry's less substantial Flex Air chamois. The Flex Air Tour has the same seamless, four-way stretch construction, but it benefits from slightly more foam padding and uses Elastic Interface Technology to dial the insert's shape and function to your body's in-the-saddle needs, protecting the nerves and circulation areas that are most vulnerable while you're on the bike. The inner thigh portion of the insert is reduced to a minimalist microfiber fabric ? in Terry's signature pink color ? to reduce restrictive bulk and eliminate chafing.
