Two position rail can be mounted in either upper or lower rail position. Low position is intended for use with premium pillow top mattress or mattress system. Upper position is intended for use with trundle or storage drawers (not included) . Center support system is provided with all full size beds. Support system is uniquely designed to support full size mattress when the rail is set in either position. Slat system provides support for the mattress. Metal on metal barrel bolt construction
