A Gore-Tex XCR insert gives this glove guaranteed waterproof breathable protection, and the abrasion-resistant nylon shell provides a four-way stretch for freedom of movement. Black Diamond also added a lightweight fleece lining for warmth, a goat leather palm for a good grip, and EVA padded knuckles for impact protection.
